The themed rooms are great, the bathrooms are really well done, and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is amazing with a wide variety of options. The location is ideal for exploring Chester-le-Street, being close to restaurants 

Recently renovated and nicely furnished rooms available with full view of neighbouring houses, dressing table, for instance. Excellent location easy to find location very handy for beamish museum with views of the neighbourhood back gardens.  

Amiable staff, delightful views of the neighbourhood back gardens, everything is good. The food is gorgeous and delicious. The location is marvellous and fab, right by Durham park and transport. Besides, Lumley Castle is 5 minutes' drive away.

We stay in executive king room quite often, it is stocked and newly remodelled. The location is perfect, a 10-15 minute walk from a parish church.

Ideal location and really helpful staff were a definite plus.

I had a thoroughly enjoyable overnight stay at a charming B&B in Chester-le-Street. The room's unique decoration and furniture reminded me of Versailles, creating a truly memorable experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had a pleasant stay. The breakfast was delicious
